This is an interim notice for My Budget Mate while we work with our legal advisor on full Terms of Service. We are publishing this short version so you know the basic rules of engagement before our complete terms are ready.

About this site

mybudgetmate.co.nz is currently a pre-launch site for My Budget Mate, a budgeting app being built in New Zealand by Orchid Horizon Ltd. The app is not yet publicly available. The information on this site, including any references to features, pricing, or launch dates, is subject to change.

If you have joined our waitlist or signed up as a Founding Mate

You have given us your email address so we can keep you informed about My Budget Mate. You can ask to be removed from our list at any time by emailing hello@mybudgetmate.co.nz.

If you have paid as a Founding Mate, the specific terms of your Founding Mate spot are set out in the Founding Mate offer page. The refund clause set out there applies.

If you use a beta or early version of My Budget Mate

The product is in active development. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We make no warranty that the app will be free of bugs or errors during this period. Your feedback helps us improve, but you use the early version at your own risk.

My Budget Mate is a budgeting tool, not financial advice. We help you organise your money. We do not give personalised financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. For advice specific to your situation, please consult a qualified professional.

Full terms coming soon

Our complete Terms of Service are being developed with legal advice. They will cover account terms, intellectual property, dispute resolution, liability limits, and other matters in detail. We will publish them on this page when they are ready.
